BM.GE's July 2020 project announcement named 2024 for construction completion. In December 2022, Alliance representative Temur Bitsadze announced completion by the end of 2026 for the whole three-tower project, not just the hotel. Korter now lists B/C for Q4 2028 and A for Q4 2029, approximately 2–3 years later than the end-2026 announcement. The earliest located target gives only a year, so an exact month count is not asserted. The end-2026 target has not yet elapsed at this review. Current dates are portal targets, not independently verified contractual handovers.
